My name is Ivan Howe and I reside in
Urenui Taranaki. I started my real estate career with Allied Farmers
First National Real Estate in August 2005. Since June 2009 I have
been employed by TSB Realty. I have two grown daughters with the
eldest presently working in Perth. My youngest daughter has just
finished her degree at Waikato University.
I have lived in Taranaki all my life. I was born in Eltham, moving
to Te Kawau Station in 1956 when my father took over the management.
I started my schooling at Ahititi and completed it in 1971 at New
Plymouth Boys High School.
I completed a joinery apprenticeship with Jones & Sandford
in 1974.
In 1974 I bought a rough 2500 acre block in Uruti and thus begun
my farming career. In 1990 I bought the farm I presently own on
the Wharekauri Road, Urenui. I farmed it myself until June 2005
and since
then I have leased it out.
I believe my 35 years in the farming industry has given me a wealth
of knowledge which in turn allows me to provide solid practical
solutions to what an intending purchaser may consider a major problem,
thus
giving them the confidence to buy.
I take pride in achieving an outstanding result for my clients
and in getting the best possible price for their property from
the marketplace
and recognize the fact that I am working for you the person who
has placed their faith in my abilities. In my view my success to
date
comes down to integrity, tenacity and the determination to succeed.
I enjoy the challenges of real estate and using the latest in online
marketing technologies to promote my clients properties.
